Our client are a financial service / real estate leader, searching for a TA specialist. You'll create recruitment strategy & work on employer branding marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Undertake employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage reports on recruitment pipeline and vendors.
  • Utilize direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job boards for recruiting.
  • Maintain talent pool database.


  • More than 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • In-house experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Experience dealing with senior candidates & stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in direct sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, BizReach).
  • Must be fluent in Japanese.
  • Experience in employer branding (preferred).
