Talent Acquisition Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Our client are an SaaS / advisory firm in the M&A industry, searching for a TA Manager.
This is more strategic than a standard TA role; You will have the opportunity to develop recruitment strategies to assist in business succession and startup exits within Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies in line with company goals and KPIs.
- Manage the recruitment process for efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, focusing on direct hiring.
- Work with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners.
- Lead HR initiatives to improve employee performance and organizational health.
- Set up and oversee HR policies, employee wellness programs, and condition management.
- Develop and implement talent development and training programs.
- Manage general HR tasks and labor relations.
- Ensure the integration of company values and culture in HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or staffing setting.
- Experience in various HR roles advantageous.
- Ability to tackle recruitment challenges effectively.
- Experience in hiring M&A professionals (preferred).
- Experience in startups or venture companies (preferred).
- Japanese fluency is mandatory.
