Talent Acquisition Team Manager (Confidential / Exclusive Role!)

Our client are a fast-growing B2C software service company, recruiting a TA Manager.

You'll manage the TA team, lead employer branding, and work on international / global assignments.

  • - Lead and manage Talent Acquisition department staff.
  • - Develop and implement long-term recruitment plans.
  • - Manage the entire hiring process, from finding candidates to hiring.
  • - Lead employer branding strategy.
  • - Use data to track and improve the hiring process.


  • - At least 8 years of relevant experience (talent acquisition, recruitment)
  • - Experience in in-house talent acquisition.
  • - Ability to lead a team.
  • - Experience in IT or consumer tech recruitment (preferred).
  • - Interest in marketing & employer branding; experience preferred.
  • - Fluent in Japanese.
