TA Specialist - 4 days remote

Specialized Group is working with a Leading Real Estate firm looking to hire Talent Acquisition Specialist as business continues to perform well in Japan and the firm looks to grow.

Compensation:

8M base + Bonus and incentives

Responsibilities:

• Directly source top talent and provide an excellent candidate experience
• Build talent network and network with individuals within similar industries
• Develop and improve the recruitment process
• Work closely with stakeholders on developing employer branding and filling crucial positions
• Support APAC with hiring intiatives and projects

Requirements:

• Business level English and Strong fluent Japanese
• 3+ years in a Recruitment position
• Experience with an ATS preferable
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and motivated
• People-focused and energetic personality
