Talent Acquisition Partner - IT (Global Team)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our client's global IT team. This role offers a chance to contribute to a growing, innovative company. You will work with colleagues across Asia-Pacific in a culture that encourages proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with global IT teams to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
- Find and attract top IT talent using various methods.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to find candidates who fit the company’s values and technical needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a great experience for candidates.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to advise on recruitment best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and use strategies to attract quality candidates.

Qualifications:

- Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on IT.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment strategies and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a diverse, international setting is preferred.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve recruitment challenges.
