Our client are a major financial services company, recruiting a TA Operations Manager.
This is a management role with team leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage a team supporting TA Operations.
- Manage team performance, including evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
- Create new methods to improve how the team operates (adopt new technologies, improve processes, etc).
- Evaluate legal & commercial risks & ensure compliance.
- Maintain clear reporting of issues to promote accountability.
Requirements:
- Experienced in recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- 6+ years of experience in team management
- Financial industry experience (preferred)
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.
