Talent Acquisition Operations Manager (Financial Services)

Our client are a major financial services company, recruiting a TA Operations Manager.

This is a management role with team leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead & manage a team supporting TA Operations.
- Manage team performance, including evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
- Create new methods to improve how the team operates (adopt new technologies, improve processes, etc).
- Evaluate legal & commercial risks & ensure compliance.
- Maintain clear reporting of issues to promote accountability.

Requirements:

- Experienced in recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- 6+ years of experience in team management
- Financial industry experience (preferred)
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.

職務内容:

- TAオペレーションをサポートするチームを率いて管理する。
- 評価、採用、懲戒処分を含むチームのパフォーマンスを管理する。
- チームの運営方法を改善する新しい方法を創出する（新技術の導入、プロセスの改善など）。
- 法的および商業的リスクを評価し、コンプライアンスを確保する。
- 問題の明確な報告を維持し、責任を促進する。

応募条件:

- 採用およびタレント・アクイジションの経験があること。
- チーム管理経験が6年以上あること
- 金融業界での経験があること（望ましい）
- 日本語が流暢であることが必須。
