System Engineer - Automotive Industry

We need an experienced System Engineer for next-gen automotive tech.

You'll develop Cluster Meters and HMI Domain Controllers, working with car manufacturers, suppliers, and global R&D teams. As a project lead, you'll manage system development, coordinate technically, and handle project execution.

- 自動車メーカーと仕様、スケジュール、コスト、問題解決に関する業務を遂行
- 外部パートナーやサプライヤーとの協力によるプロジェクト目標の達成
- 国際的な開発チームや製造チームとの円滑な連携

必要な資格

- 車載システム開発の経験3年以上
- 自動車メーカーや社内チームとの効果的なコミュニケーション能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 自動車業界におけるシステム開発の深い理解
- クラスター・メーターまたはHMIドメインコントローラーの開発経験
- 制御システムおよび組み込みシステムアーキテクチャの知識
- プロジェクトリーダーシップの実績とチームでの協働能力
- 技術情報を多様なステークホルダーに説明する能力
- 迅速な業界環境での変化に対応する力
