As an Itamae, you will make sushi and sashimi dishes using traditional Japanese techniques. Your work will help create a memorable dining experience, focusing on careful preparation and respect for ingredients.


仕事内容:

  • - 伝統的な日本の技術を駆使して、寿司や刺身、季節の料理を高品質かつ美しい盛り付けで提供する
  • - 魚のさばき方、酢飯の準備、寿司食材の取り扱いにおける技術を発揮する
  • - 寿司カウンターや厨房を清潔かつ整理整頓された状態に保つ
  • - 日本のおもてなしを体現し、プロフェッショナルにゲストと接する
  • - ヘッド寿司シェフと共にメニューの作成や日替わりメニューの考案を行う
  • - 若手職人や見習いを指導し、彼らの技術向上をサポートする
  • - 在庫管理を行い、食材の鮮度と品質を確保する
