Supply Planner

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join a top company in the chocolate and confectioneries sector.

Your main role will be to plan and improve the supply chain for 18 to 30 months ahead. You will ensure products smoothly reach stores from international factories, working with different teams to boost efficiency and manage inventory. This is a hybrid work position that requires strong English skills. You'll enjoy flexible working arrangements, a global team environment, and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic industry.

主な業務内容

• 売上予測に基づいたサプライプランを作成・管理し、製品の供給を確保し、売上を最大化します。
• ロジスティクスチームと連携し、サプライチェーンの運営管理、適切な保管・梱包を行います。
• 製品の輸入プロセスを担当し、登録や書類作成を行います。場合によっては臨時スタッフのサポートを受けることもあります。
• デマンドプランニング、マーケティング、ファイナンスチームと協力し、供給に関する課題や機会に取り組みます。
• S&OPやIBP会議で、サプライプランニングの詳細を報告します。
• Power BIなどのツールを活用して、サプライチェーンの報告や日常管理システムを維持します。
• 新製品および既存製品に関する国際物流、通関手続き、監査を管理します。

応募資格

• 関連分野の学士号以上を有する方。
• FMCG業界でのサプライプランニング経験が豊富で、特に輸入プロセスに重点を置いた経験がある方。
• 高い分析能力とMicrosoft Officeのスキル。
• SAPやサプライプランニングソフトウェアの使用経験があれば尚可。
• 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力。
• 細部に注意を払う能力と、異なるチームと円滑に協力できる方。
• 自発的に行動し、スピード感のある環境で優先順位をつけてタスクを遂行できる方。
• 優れたネットワーキングとステークホルダーマネジメントスキル。
