Sr. TA Specialist (9M+) - European Professional Services Firm

Specialized Group are partnering with a European Professional Services firm looking to hire a Sr. TA Specialist for the Japan Office.

With a junior TA already in play, this role will step in as a TA Leader for the firm, directly overseeing recruitment operations, strategy, and providing HR insights to senior business leaders.

As a smaller business, this is an excellent role for anyone looking for a Sr. TA position with a natural career path to HRBP.

Experience Required:

- 4 to 5 years + recruitment experience (internal a plus but not necessary)

- Native Japanese and strong English to communicate with international stakeholders

- Self-starter attitude, hands on TA who's able to navigate fast growth period
