Key Responsibilities:
  • - Oversee daily spa operations and staff management
  • - Develop and manage annual spa budgets
  • - Ensure spa meets monthly and annual revenue targets
  • - Recruit, train, and develop spa staff
  • - Approve expenditures and manage vendor relationships
  • - Implement spa service quality standards
  • - Coordinate special spa programs and events

Qualifications:
  • - 5+ years experience in spa management
  • - Proficiency in English and Japanese
  • - Degree or diploma in hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Experience in budget management and financial analysis
  • - Experience with luxury hotel or spa environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Knowledge of wellness and spa services is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Strong vendor management skills
