Job Description:

As a leader of a software development team in the automotive industry, you will focus on integrating electronic and mechanical design, ensuring hardware reliability while delivering high-quality software. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of over 30 software engineers and manage software needs and designs for Japanese OEM manufacturers.
- Support efficient project planning and execution through collaboration with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage software project quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency, ensuring design and integration according to ASPICE standards.
- Work on improving development processes using agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Over 12 years of experience in automotive software development.
- Strong skills in software architecture design and delivering high-quality products.
- More than 5 years of senior management experience, with experience in building and managing large technical teams.
- Practical experience in embedded software development and code review using C/C++.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects using agile methodologies.
- Understanding of ASPICE-compliant processes.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and involvement in the RFI/RFQ process.
- Deep understanding of low-level programming and RTOS (e.g., QNX, Linux, Android).
- Experience in customer interaction at automotive OEMs or suppliers is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required, master's degree preferred.
- Agile/Scrum certification or training is an advantage.
- Native Japanese or fluency at JLPT N1 level required.
- Business-level English proficiency for global collaboration.

応募資格:

- 自動車ソフトウェア開発で12年以上の経験。
- ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ設計と高品質製品の提供における強力なスキル。
- シニアマネジメントで5年以上の経験、大規模な技術チームの構築・管理経験。
- C/C++を用いた組み込みソフトウェア開発とコードレビューの実務経験。
- アジャイル手法を用いた大規模プロジェクト管理経験。
- ASPICE準拠のプロセス理解。
- 業界標準ツールの使用に精通し、RFI/RFQプロセスにも関与。
- 低レベルプログラミングからRTOS（例: QNX, Linux, Android）の深い理解。
- 自動車OEMまたはサプライヤーでの顧客対応経験があれば尚良し。
- 工学の学士号が必要、修士号があれば尚良し。
- アジャイル/スクラム認定またはトレーニングがあれば有利。
- 日本語はネイティブまたはJLPT N1レベルの流暢さが必要。
- グローバルな協力のためのビジネスレベルの英語力。
