About the Role:
- Develop a strategic roadmap and execution plan for all social media initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Expand consumer/social communities and nurture engagement.
- Coordinate execution with agency partners.
- Act as the brand's advocate, driving its presence through social media strategies.
- Identify synergistic opportunities within the business.
- Lead social listening efforts and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Social/Content marketing, with proficiency in digital advertising (strategy and execution) being advantageous.
- Proven track record of driving brand development and business growth through social/content marketing.
- Deep understanding of consumer insights, analytical data, and business operations to create compelling strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders, including external agencies.
