Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the payroll process, including onboarding, exits, attendance tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Calculate and ensure timely payment of sales commissions, salaries, and bonuses.
- Manage pension plans and organize group life insurance and childcare vouchers to support employee well-being.
- Implement health and safety programs like regular health checkups and stress assessments.
- Work with health professionals to address employee health needs.
- Accurately enter payroll and social insurance data into headquarters' systems, ensuring smooth operation of HR systems.


Qualifications:

- Experience in compensation and benefits management in the luxury or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
