Senior Manager, Financial Accounting & Advisory (US SEC & Cross-Border Transactions)

A leading firm in Japan is looking for a Senior Manager for their Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) team. The focus is on US SEC and cross-border transactions.

You'll lead teams, work with international markets, and engage with some of the world's largest companies.

【業務内容】

• IPO、M&A、SEC申請に関連するプロジェクトのチームをリード
• ジュニアスタッフへの指導と育成
• US GAAPおよびIFRSに基づく専門的な会計アドバイスを提供
• 会計基準の調査、財務プロセスのレビュー、研修プログラムの作成
• ビジネス開発に携わり、クライアント向け提案書を作成
• 強固なクライアント関係の構築と維持

【応募資格】

• 関連する実務経験7年以上
• US CPA保有者
• IFRSおよびUS GAAPの深い知識
• クロスボーダー取引とSEC報告の経験
• PCAOB監査基準への精通はプラス
• ERPや統合システムの経験（優遇）
• JICPAなどの追加資格があれば尚可
