  • Lead & mentor junior HR team members.
  • Develop human resources strategies that align with company goals.
  • Create and manage performance evaluation systems, including manager training.
  • Lead organizational change, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Manage talent strategy and retention, including career development and employee retention plans.
  • Analyze staffing needs in line with organizational growth.
  • Provide HR advice to improve work environment and employee engagement.
  • Implement training programs for organizational and employee needs.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and manage benefits.
  • Work with departments to integrate HR strategies into business plans.
  • Lead projects in HR technology, policy development, and process optimization.


  • 5-7 years of experience in HR.
  • Experience in HR strategy, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Business-level English communication ability.
  • Fluency in Japanese.
