We are assisting a respected client in their search for a Senior HR Specialist with a focus on the APAC region. This role requires a bilingual professional with deep understanding of HR processes, payroll management, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and manage HRIS across the APAC region.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in HR reporting.
• Conduct payroll processing and administration.
• Implement change management initiatives for improved HR process efficiency.
• Maintain vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service delivery standards.
• Foster a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Proficiency in HR operations, HRIS, HR reporting, and payroll management.
• Experience in change management and vendor management.
• Strong customer service orientation.
