Responsibilities (depending on your experience)

• - Develop strategies to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
• - Propose and implement projects to address sustainability challenges.
• - Optimize retail marketing strategies.
• - Reduce costs and optimize management resources.
• - Strengthen governance frameworks.
• - Long-term business planning / corporate planning projects.

Qualifications (One or more of the following)

• - Extensive knowledge in strategy formulation, business process reengineering, marketing, and system implementation.
• - Experience as a consultant.
• - Experience in strategy-related roles for retail / consumer goods.
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.

Other advantageous qualifications (preferred but not mandatory):

• - Account management experience
• - Project management / leadership experience.
• - Experience in corporate planning, new business development, or system implementation.
• - International working experience.
• - Background in business planning, marketing, or buying within global e-commerce or digital platforms.
