Our client are a global leader in business consulting, searching for Senior Associate for audit and advisory services. You will have the opportunity to work with major clients clients in the asset and investment sector.

You will support financial institutions and asset management companies with financial audits and internal control assessments. The suitable candidate will have a CPA license, business-level English ability, and a global mindset.

業務内容:

• 日本の基準に加え、国際基準および米国基準に従って、さまざまな金融機関の財務諸表監査を実施します。
• 金融商品取引法（J-SOX）および米国サーベンス・オクスリー法（セクション404）に基づく内部統制監査を実行します。
• US-GAAP/IFRS/J-GAAPに基づくオフショアファンド監査および資産管理会社と信託銀行の内部統制チェックを含む、資産・ウェルスマネジメント（AWM）クライアントに監査およびアドバイザリーサービスを提供します。

応募資格:

• CPAライセンスが必須です。
• ビジネスレベルの英語能力が必要です。
• 資産・投資セクター内での監査およびアドバイザリーサービスの経験。
• クライアントのニーズに適応する能力。
