Security Consultant

Security Consultant (Post Sales) - Remote

We are looking for a Security Consultant to help enhance the security of our international clients.

As part of the post-sales team, you will work with clients to apply and manage security solutions. This remote role allows you to work with various teams, ensuring top-quality security services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main contact between customers and internal teams to deliver security services.
- Work with clients to understand and address their technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with product teams to adapt solutions based on client feedback.
- Ensure client success by managing deliverables with internal teams.
- Work with technical experts to solve issues while upholding company values.
- Improve processes by working with global team members.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in web security consulting.
- Knowledge of security technologies, compliance, and event management.
- Familiarity with web development, IT systems, or security operations.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Strong communication skills and experience in building customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and with a team, showing initiative.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.

資格:

- ウェブセキュリティコンサルティングの実績のある経験。
- セキュリティ技術、コンプライアンス、イベント管理に関する知識。
- ウェブ開発、ITシステム、またはセキュリティ運用に精通していること。
- プロジェクト管理の原則を理解していること。
- 顧客関係の構築における強力なコミュニケーションスキルと経験。
- 自発性を示しながら、独立しておよびチームで作業する能力。
- 日本語が流暢でビジネスレベルの英語。
