We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's team at a well-known hotel in Sapporo.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in hospitality sales who wants to grow in the hotel industry. You will lead a skilled team, work with a variety of clients, and help achieve the hotel's goals. You will use your skills to create effective sales strategies and build strong client relationships.

- 企業クライアントや旅行代理店との関係構築
- ターゲットを絞ったマーケティング戦略の策定
- ホテルの売上目標の設定と達成支援
- 季節ごとの特別オファーの開発
- セールスチームのリードとパフォーマンス改善
- マーケティング部門と連携したプロモーション実施
- セールスデータの解析と戦略調整
- 市場動向の把握とインサイト収集

応募資格：

- ホテルセールスまたは類似分野での3年以上の経験
- 日本語に堪能であること
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 顧客志向と強いリーダーシップ
- 目標達成への積極的な姿勢
- 国際的なスタッフと柔軟に働ける能力
