Our client are a globally-renowned cooking & catering academy, recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager. You'll lead sales and marketing strategies to enhance the institution's presence in Japan.

This is a chance to take on a strategic leadership role with a high degree of autonomy, at a globally prestigious brand. You'll also have the chance for global business travel.

• セールスおよびマーケティング戦略の立案と実行
• デジタルおよび伝統的なマーケティングキャンペーンの管理
• CRMシステムの管理（フォローアップ、問い合わせ対応、応募処理）
• 主要パートナーとの関係構築と維持
• 学生募集のための市場調査の実施
• 教育フェアやワークショップでの代表としての活動
• マーケティングコンテンツの開発と管理
• 現役および将来の学生とのコミュニケーション管理

【応募資格】

• セールスおよびマーケティングのリーダーシップ経験
• 教育またはホスピタリティ業界での経験
• 革新的なマーケティング活動を創出する能力
• 英語のコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC 650点以上または同等）
