We are seeking a Reward & Benefits Specialist to oversee benefits services in Japan and Korea for a leading technology company. You'll manage benefits operations, work with an international team, and have access to career growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage benefits services in Japan and Korea, ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead benefits projects by turning business needs into actionable plans with clear goals and timelines.
- Develop strategies to launch and integrate new or updated benefit plans, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain procedures that align with IT solutions for smooth stakeholder approval and compliance.
- Oversee annual enrollment and plan renewals to ensure efficient processes.
- Provide expert advice and training to enhance HR and cultural understanding among internal teams and vendors.
- Work with benefit vendors to ensure efficient and compliant processes, conducting audits and addressing issues as needed.
- Define and monitor quality metrics, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions when necessary.
- Resolve benefit-related issues, providing guidance to employees and coordinating with support teams for escalations.
- Some business travel may be required to support regional operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in benefits management or a related field, ideally in the tech industry.
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in developing and implementing change management strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
