Our client are a global independent luxury brand, recruiting a Retail Director. You'll lead and optimize retail all operations across Japan.

This is a great chance for a candidate with luxury retail operations experience to step up into a Director-level strategic role, at an independent brand with a strong presence in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Manage all retail managers / staff.
• Develop and implement Japan retail strategies.
• Oversee daily retail operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Identify areas for improvement (processes, customer service, etc)
• Analyze sales data and market trends; identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management.
• Experience in luxury industry.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Operational management experience.
• Market trend analysis ability.
• Deep understanding of customer service.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
