Our client, a company managing multiple concept-driven restaurants in Tokyo, is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of three outlets. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow within a premium dining environment, focusing on elevating guest experiences and operational excellence. The position is based in Tokyo and offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

主な職務内容:

- 3つのレストラン店舗の運営を統括し、日々の業務を監督
- 日本の労働法および衛生基準の遵守を確保
- 重要業績評価指標および財務パフォーマンスの監視と改善
- 採用、研修、チームの育成をサポート
- 新規レストランの開業および拡張プロジェクトを主導
- シニアリーダーシップと連携し、運営戦略を策定

応募資格:

- 日本語（ビジネスレベル以上）および英語ビジネスレベル
- レストラン運営の経験、特に複数店舗の経験を歓迎
- 人事実務および日本の労働規制に関する知識
- レストラン開業または新店舗立ち上げの経験
- 5年以上のレストラン管理経験
- 高級ダイニング環境での経験
- 強いリーダーシップとチーム育成能力
