Key Responsibilities:


- Lead recruitment for software developers, product managers, and data scientists

- Define hiring requirements with hiring managers and tech leaders

- Design sourcing strategies for tech roles

- Build regional talent pipelines for high-quality candidate experience

- Address HR-related issues as primary contact for tech staff

- Support organizational problem-solving and productivity with leaders

- Collaborate with regional talent acquisition team

- Recruit executive and niche roles for Japan and APAC

Qualifications:


- Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)

- Experience in talent acquisition for tech roles in APAC

- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and tech leaders

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition

- Familiarity with regional HR practices in APAC
