We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead operations at our Saitama Plant. 主な業務内容：
- 品質保証プロセスがISO 9100/9001基準を満たしていることを確認する。
- 内部監査および外部監査を主導し、定期的なNADCAP評価を含む。
- 品質保証システムの改善や欠陥の分析を行う。
- クライアントおよび経営陣に対して品質報告書を作成・提示する。
- 品質KPIを管理し、品質チームを監督する。
- 国内外の監査の準備および調整を行う。
- 測定機器への投資の提案および管理を行う。
応募資格：
- 品質保証におけるマネジメントまたはリーダーシップの経験。
- ISO 9100/9001監査の知識。
- 製造業または数値測定業界での経験が望ましい。
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（特にリスニングとスピーキング）。
- 製品取り扱いの要件により、日本国籍またはアメリカ国籍の方。
