Our client, a company in the food industry specializing in gifting, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead their core retail business in the Baked & Other category. This role offers the opportunity to manage over 500 SKUs annually, engage in new product development, and execute full 360 marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development for gifting in baked goods
- Manage P&L and budget for assigned product area
- Coordinate product launch with PR, sales, and other teams
- Develop product concepts based on consumer insights
- Conduct post-launch reviews and propose future plans
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in consumer goods marketing, ideally food or beverage
- Business fluency in English and native fluency in Japanese
- University degree required
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Tableau
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
- Familiarity with consumer research methodologies
