We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a leading medical device company. You will play a key role in developing and managing new healthcare solutions. This position offers the chance to work with advanced medical technologies and contribute to important improvements in patient care.

主な業務内容：

新製品のコンセプトから市場投入までのプロダクトライフサイクルをリードする
事業目標と市場ニーズに即した製品戦略を策定・実施する
研究開発、マーケティング、営業部門と連携し、製品の成功裏な市場投入を実現する
市場動向および顧客からのフィードバックを分析し、新たなビジネスチャンスを見出す
プロジェクト目標を達成するために、製品予算とタイムラインを管理する
製品の品質と性能を向上させるため、継続的な改善を推進する

応募資格：

医療機器やヘルスケア分野におけるプロダクトマネジメントの実務経験が5年以上ある方
医療機器の規制要件に関する深い理解を有する方
優れたリーダーシップおよびコミュニケーションスキルを持つ方
顧客志向で戦略的思考を持ち、分析能力に優れた方
グローバルなチームとの効果的なコミュニケーションのため、英語と日本語に堪能であることが望ましい
