Our client, a leading global fragrance brand within the cosmetics industry, is seeking a Fragrance Product Manager to join their team in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement innovative fragrance strategies, focusing on HERO products and new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual fragrance strategies to achieve sales targets

- Lead 360 launch strategies for HERO and new products

- Collaborate cross-functionally for product launch execution

- Provide strategic insights for demand and supply planning

- Conduct sales and CRM analysis using Excel and BI tools

- Manage fragrance product lifecycle with HQ collaboration

- Monitor competitor products and media exposure

- 製品発売の実行に向けたクロスファンクショナルな協力

- ExcelやBIツールを用いた売上およびCRM分析

- 本社と連携しながらのフレグランス製品ライフサイクル管理

- 競合製品およびメディア露出のモニタリング

Qualifications:

- 8+ years in product management

- Fluency in Japanese and English

- Experience in the cosmetics or fragrance industry is preferred but not mandatory

- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools

- Experience with product lifecycle management

- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills

- Experience with cross-functional collaboration

- Familiarity with cultural and artistic trends is preferred but not mandatory
