Our client are a global cosmetics maker with a MLM distribution model. They are seeking a Product Development Specialist. You'll have the opportunity to lead the development of new, well-regarded cosmetic products for a wide audience. This is a chance to take on a major role, with generous salary.

【業務内容】

• ・新規化粧品の開発を主導する。
• ・製品の処方および包装に関する開発スケジュールとコストを管理する。
• ・OEMパートナーや供給業者と連携する。
• ・製品マニュアルや販促資料を作成し、配布する。

【応募資格】

• ・化粧品企画における5年以上の経験。
• ・多様な部門と協働するための優れたコミュニケーション能力。
• ・日本国内の居住資格または日本国籍、日本語の流暢。
• ・化粧品ブランドの立ち上げ経験。
