We are looking for a PR Manager to join a top global fashion brand in Tokyo. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and run PR campaigns to increase brand visibility and reputation.
- Manage media relations and build strong connections with fashion editors, journalists, and influencers.
- Oversee the creation of press materials like press releases, media kits, and newsletters.
- Organize and manage events such as product launches and fashion shows, ensuring they align with brand goals.
- Analyze PR metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work with different teams to align PR efforts with marketing and sales strategies.

• PRキャンペーンの企画・実施を通じて、ブランドの知名度と評判を向上させる。
• メディアとの関係構築を行い、ファッション編集者、ジャーナリストやインフルエンサーと強固な関係を築く。
• プレスリリース、メディアキット、ニュースレターなどのプレス資料の作成および監修。
• 製品発表会やファッションショーなどのイベントを企画・運営し、ブランドの目標に合致させる。
• PR活動の成果を評価し、必要に応じて戦略を修正する。
• マーケティングやセールスチームと協力し、PR活動を全体戦略と一致させる。

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in public relations within the fashion industry.
- Strong media contacts and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strategic focus and attention to detail.
- Experience in leading a team and motivating others.
