A global Italian luxury brand is looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager to manage its operations and logistics in Japan. This role offers the chance to work with international teams and lead logistics in a growing market. You will represent a luxury brand known for its quality and innovation. This role allows you to engage with a global luxury group focused on heritage and sustainability.
業務内容
- 日々の物流およびサプライチェーン業務を管理し、効率を向上しコストを削減する。
- 調達、在庫管理、倉庫管理、イタリアからの販売拠点およびB2Bクライアントへの配送を監督する。
- 顧客満足度を向上させ、業務を効率化するために現行プロセスを改善する。
- 在庫の移動、保管、品質管理を監督し、スムーズでコスト効果の高いオペレーションを実現する。
- カスタマーサービスチームをリードし、配送、在庫管理、顧客満足度の目標を達成する。
- 営業マネージャーと協力し、サプライ活動をビジネス目標に整合させる。
- 在庫精度と業務改善のためのKPIおよび監査プログラムを実施する。
応募資格
- 工学、サプライチェーンマネジメント、または関連分野の学士号。
- サプライチェーンマネジメントにおける5年以上の実務経験と実績。
- 製造および生産プロセスの知識。
- 優れた分析スキルとMS Officeおよび財務ツールの経験。
- チームを効果的にリードし、指導する能力。
- 優れた英語スキル；日本語スキルがあれば尚可。
