We are looking for an experienced Office Manager for a top financial services company in Tokyo. Key Responsibilities

  • - Manage daily office operations, including facility upkeep and supply management.
  • - Organize meetings and handle conference room logistics.
  • - Welcome visitors and manage phone inquiries at the reception.
  • - Support HR with tasks like payroll and tax management.
  • - Assist IT with setting up new employees and basic troubleshooting.
  • - Keep track of IT and office equipment inventory.
  • - Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
  • - Organize office events and team-building activities.
  • - Handle special projects and maintain global office standards.


Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • - Fluent in Japanese with business-level English.
  • - At least 4 years of office administration experience, preferably in a multinational company.
  • - Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and compliance.
  • - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • - Strong problem-solving abilities with cultural awareness.
  • - Professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
