Our client are a global medical device manufacturer, searching for a marketing manager. You'll lead marketing for elbow & shoulder products.

This is a team management role with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage a team.
• Develop marketing strategies targeting orthopedic surgeons and healthcare providers.
• Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
• Manage product launches and market penetration efforts.
• Oversee marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience in medical devices.
• Marketing experience in the orthopedic industry (preferred).
• Team management experience (preferred).
• Japanese fluency.
