Our client in the action sports and lifestyle industry is hiring a Marketing Manager. The client's office is located in central Tokyo.

This role is ideal for experienced marketers with a strong personal interest in lifestyle sports such as Art & Culture, Skateboarding, Surfing, or other similar activities. It is an opportunity to take an active role in sports marketing and events.

主な業務内容

• デジタル、店頭、および広報を含むマーケティングキャンペーンの管理
• 年間マーケティング予算のコントロール
• マーケティング戦略の実行に向けた各部署との連携
• インフルエンサーパートナーシップの計画と実施
• 外部のコネクションを通じて市場インサイトを詳細に収集

応募資格

• マーケティングまたはブランディングにおいて最低5年以上の経験、できれば消費財またはスポーツ関連
• ライフスタイルまたはスポーツでブランドを成長させた経験
• 異なる地域でチームと効果的に働ける能力
• 日本語と英語のバイリンガルであること
• 独立した意思決定と問題解決のスキルが高いこと
