We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for a hotel in Sapporo. This role is key in changing how the hotel is seen in the market and making sure its brand is clear and consistent on all platforms. The right candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, and hospitality marketing.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in hospitality marketing (including at least 2 years in a leadership role). Experience managing rebranding or repositioning projects. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, public relations, and content strategy. Communication skills in both Japanese and English. Strong project management and analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
