Key Responsibilities - Marketing
- Coordinate marketing projects with partners, including scheduling, contracts, budgeting, and communication.
- Manage project administration like reporting, contract drafting, and workflow tracking using relevant tools.
- Assist with reporting on projects and activities.
- Proofread, translate, and adapt content for online channels and reports.
- Oversee production of printed materials for marketing activities.
- Coordinate and attend events and activations.
- Handle courier and mail needs.
- Oversee stock and distribution of marketing materials.
- Register account information in CRM.
- Manage and organize creative assets.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities - Licensing
Support the Licensing Managers with:
- Handling general licensing queries.
- Testing and localizing portals, and offering user guidance.
- Distributing communications related to the licensing program.
- Assisting with invoicing and receipting processes.
- Managing product sampling.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in fashion or apparel.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in digital and social marketing is desirable.
- Previous experience with international companies is a plus.
- Familiarity with social/digital campaign analysis and reporting is advantageous.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
