Manager - Financial & Regulatory Accounting

Our client are a global professional services / consulting firm, recruiting a Financial & Regulatory Accounting Manager. You'll lead & manage a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage a team.
• Support project profitability and manage departmental P&L (including KPI analysis and forecasting).
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Manage engagement-related accounting (including revenue, receivables, and work-in-progress).
• Assist with financial close processes
• Drive digital transformation initiatives & support ERP system implementation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in accounting.
• Management accounting experience.
• Experience in reporting to executive management.
• Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher (preferred).
• Team management experience (preferred).
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
