Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in hotel maintenance.

You will manage physical systems and infrastructure to keep them running smoothly. This includes handling repairs, working with vendors, and setting up a Preventative Maintenance program for various properties in Tokyo.

主な業務内容：

- HVAC、電気、機械システムのメンテナンス計画の作成と実施
- 軽度から中程度の修理とトラブルシューティングを行い、必要に応じて外部業者を手配
- すべてのメンテナンス作業が安全および品質基準を満たしていることを確認
- 大規模なメンテナンスプロジェクトのために外部ベンダーおよび業者を管理
- 施工が契約要件を満たしていることを確認するための検査
- 緊急修理に迅速に対応し、運営を円滑に維持
- メンテナンスのニーズを予測し、効率向上のための改善提案
- HVAC、電気システム、機械工学の専門知識を活かし、高い基準を維持

応募資格：

- 大規模なホテルでの勤務経験3年以上、特に副主任または副チーフエンジニアの経験がある方を優遇
- 一般メンテナンス、電気作業、空調、機械システムにおける豊富な実務スキル
- 独立してタスクを管理し、運営上の問題を予測する能力
- ベンダー管理に必要なビジネスレベルの日本語と英語のスキル、強力なコミュニケーション能力
