M&A Strategic Advisor - Sales Leader, Principal Level

Job Overview:

Our Multi-national Client is seeking an experienced M&A Strategic Advisor with a strong sales leadership background to lead domestic and cross-border M&A deals from pre-deal to post-merger integration. As a part of the team, you'll have the opportunity to support the formulation and execution of organizational strategies, establish joint ventures and provide a range of global management services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead domestic and cross-border M&A deals from pre-deal to post-merger integration
  • Support the formulation and execution of organizational strategies
  • Establish JVs and provide a range of global management services
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in M&A-related industries
  • Plan and execute sourcing for overseas M&A projects
  • Participate in team management as a senior member

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (MBA or equivalent)
  • Practical experience in FA, principal, and other advisory services
  • Wide personal network in the M&A industry
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
