M&A Advisory (Consultant to Director available!) - Tokyo, Japan

Our client are a global consulting company, looking for those with experience in M&A advisory to join the Tokyo office.

Responsibilities:

• Support execution of M&A transactions both in Japan and internationally.
• Help develop M&A strategies and select potential targets.
• Oversee the M&A process and provide advice.
• Calculate acquisition/sale prices and advise on deal structuring.
• Negotiate terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant experience for Consultant / Senior Consultant roles.
• 5 years of M&A advisory experience for Director/Senior Manager/Manager roles.
• Proven skills in project management, business development.
• Japanese fluency is mandatory.
• Leadership skills (for team management roles).
• Proficient in valuation and modeling techniques.
• Experience in cross-border transactions (preferred).
• CPA or equivalent certification (preferred).
