Our client are a global financial firm & Fortune 500 member, recruiting an L&D Specialist. You'll develop & deliver training programs to employees at every level - from new graduates to senior executives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery and improvement of training programs for both new graduates & experienced staff.
• Conduct training sessions on a variety of topics, including both mandatory and elective courses.
• Design and development of training content in collaboration with Directors.
• Manage other duties related to training processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in training delivery within a corporate environment.
• Strong presentation and documentation capabilities.
• Analytical and logical thinking.
• Effective interpersonal skills for communication at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in Japanese.
