Leader for Colocation/RH Management

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to oversee Colocation and Remote Hands Management in our client's Data Center operations.

This role involves creating service plans, managing projects and vendors, and leading the technical team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations. This position is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational success in a leading data center.

主な業務内容：

- コロケーションスペースでの顧客導入のためのプロジェクト計画を作成・管理し、進捗を追跡し、予算を分析します。
- 営業、ネットワーク運用、エンジニアリングの各チームと連携し、円滑なサービス提供を実現します。
- ベンダーや契約業者を監督し、調達手続きを遵守することを確認し、価格交渉を行い、契約およびSLAに基づくベンダーのパフォーマンスを管理します。
- 顧客のニーズを深く理解し、顧客ポータルのトレーニングを提供し、フィードバックを活用してサービスを向上させます。
- リモートサービスの標準作業手順を確立し、業界基準に準拠し、リモートハンズ技術者に技術サポートと指導を提供します。
- 在庫とリソースを管理し、顧客の要求に迅速に対応します。

応募資格：

- データセンター環境での5年以上の経験と強力なITおよび管理スキル。
- 技術チームをリードした実績。
- データセンターインフラに関する深い知識と優れた問題解決能力。
- 日本語に堪能で、日常会話レベルの英語スキル。
- 専門学校または高専卒業以上、大学卒業は尚可。
