We are partnering with a fast-scaling, venture-backed AI company building a next-generation data platform for the manufacturing industry.Their products transform complex industrial data into actionable insights, powering critical workflows for enterprise customers. With strong traction in Japan and rapid expansion across the US and ASEAN, the company is now entering a global growth phase — opening its engineering organization to international talent and building truly global product teams.

As a QA Lead, you will take ownership of quality strategy and execution for a new product being built by an internal “startup-style” incubation team. This is not a traditional QA role — you will define what quality means, build the QA function from the ground up, and ensure the product is ready for global-scale release. 


Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of experience in software QA, including leadership responsibilities
  • Proven experience managing and leading QA teams or QA initiatives
  • Strong hands-on experience designing test processes and QA frameworks
  • Familiarity with QA standards and methodologies (e.g., ISTQB, ISO, best practices)
