Position: Japan Head of Sales / Senior Sales Director (Financial Services)

Location: Tokyo 東京

Our client, a major financial services company, is looking for a highly experienced sales professional to stimulate growth and drive sales strategy from their Tokyo, Japan office.

This role is an exiciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in listed derivatives markets, OTC clearing, and cash markets. You will foster growth, boost product revenues, and champion sales strategy, primarily catering to Japanese banks, brokers, asset managers, and commercial entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a dedicated team
• Develop sales targets and budgets in accordance with business line management plans.
• Contribute to the APAC market building strategy and the Japan CD&S country plan.
• Formulate strategic account plans aligned with client and company objectives.
• Foster relationships with executive and trading desk level individuals.
• Performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in financial services sales and trading
• Leadership Experience
• Extensive knowledge of listed derivatives markets, OTC clearing, and cash markets.
• Deep understanding of the Japanese financial market landscape.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
