IPO Support Consultant - Manager Level

Our client are a global consulting firm, recruiting an IPO Support Consultant at the Manager level. You will provide advisory services to companies planning to go public, both domestically and internationally. The role involves managing a team of experts in auditing, consulting, and tax accounting.

This is a great chance to use your language skills (Japanese & English) to take on global projects and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• - Conduct preliminary research, identify issues, and support the creation of action and business plans for IPO preparation.
• - Help establish corporate governance structures, accounting administration, and internal management regulations.
• - Develop business processes, implement accounting changes, and ensure compliance with internal control reporting systems.
• - Prepare IPO application documents and manage the entire IPO project.
• - Provide advisory services for listing on overseas stock markets.

Qualifications

• - Minimum of 2 years in IPO-related roles
• - Experience at a consulting firm, securities firm, or auditing firm.
• - Experience in IPO audits with a desire to further specialize in IPO support.
• - Japan or US CPA (preferred)
• - Team management experience (preferred)
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
