Investor Relations in a Global PE/Asset Management company

Part of team managing the Japan investor relations and capital raising process for a leading global private markets firm, the Investor Relations Analyst / Manager will:

- Assist in all aspects of the investor relations and fundraising process with a focus on Japan

- Take on responsibilities that will include :

o identifying and tapping the prospective investors,

o coordinating and participating in the fundraising process,

o creating and managing a strong reputation by demonstrating clear, accurate and confident communications with the existing investors and the new potential investors,

o developing ideas and strategy for improving investor relations and increasing the effectiveness of communications with the current and potential investors,

o maximizing retention of assets through regular and proactive communication with clients re: fund updates, market developments, fund performance and client investments,

o analyzing and presenting financial trends, business outlook, competitor behavior and anything else that could impact the business,

o providing client support services,

o preparing and updating investor presentations
