We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Manager for a leading luxury retail firm. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of independent decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce internal control procedures.
• Design risk mitigation strategies and document related processes.
• Independently handle financial and operational control tasks.
• Conduct comprehensive audits in stores across the country.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve internal control systems.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Audit/Internal Audit, with a preference for retail audit.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Skilled in analyzing data and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Knowledgeable in accounting, finance, and risk management principles.
• Experience in luxury goods or fashion (preferred).
• Fluent in Japanese.
