Our client are a major financial services institution, searching for an Institutional Sales Associate in Tokyo.

This role involves working with clients in the APAC and Japanese markets, primarily in Fixed Income products.

Our client provides multiple opportunities for career growth, and chances to work directly with major global clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with APAC institutional clients, especially Japanese companies and Central Banks.
• Coordinate between HQ trading desks and APAC sales teams.
• Organize conference calls, meetings, and business trips to connect APAC clients with global.
• Provide internal teams with relevant data on APAC investors.
• Identify and address operational risks, in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fixed income markets.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Series 7 & 63 certifications are an advantage.
• Communication ability in Japanese & English.
